Kapena Wright Ministries accepts the Holy Scriptures as the revealed will of God, the all-sufficient rule for faith and practice choose to adopt and live according to the following state of Fundamental Truths:
We believe the Holy Bible to be the inspired and only infallible and authoritative Word of God and that Jesus IS the WORD of GOD made flesh. (John 1:1, 14; 2 Timothy 3:16; Hebrews 4:12-13)
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
(1 Timothy 2:5)
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in the blessed hope of His personal visible future return to this earth to receive to Himself His blood bought church, that it may be with Him forever.
(John 11:25; John 14:6; Revelation 19:16)
We believe that the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of Jesus Christ.
(Matthew 26:28; I John 1:9)
We believe that regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for personal salvation.
(Ephesians 4:30)
We believe that the redemptive work of Christ Jesus on the cross provides healing of the human body in answer to believing prayer.
(I Peter 2:24; James 5:16)
We believe that the Baptism with the Holy Spirit is essential and extended to all believers in Jesus Christ.
(Acts 11:15)
We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Child of God is enabled to live a holy life.
(I Corinthians 12:13)
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, the one to everlasting life with God and our Lord Jesus Christ, and the other to everlasting damnation.
(John 5:21, 25, 28-29, John 5:11:23-25)
And, we believe in the Great Commission of Jesus to go out into the world, in the authority He has given us, in heaven and here on the earth, to make disciples of all nations, baptizing in the name of the Father, the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teach them to observe all that Jesus commands us as His disciples, without fear or doubt, in Jesus name, bearing fruit which glorifies God, with signs and wonders following as we obey and follow His Word.
(Matthew 28:18-20; Luke 10:19; John 15:7-8)
